Viral brings strong experience in the Financial Services industry across transaction advisory, fund structuring, Equity Research and Audit Assurance. He was previously with PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC), where he oversaw fund structuring, tax due diligence, and transaction advisory for financial services clients. In parallel, he gained hands-on experience in equity research, supporting company analysis and Investment evaluation. Prior to that, he contributed to the audit and assurance team at Chaturvedi & Shah LLP, focusing on statutory audits of listed and large unlisted companies across sectors.
Viral is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA Level II candidate, and a Commerce graduate from KJ Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce.
